Jon Brewer's recent win sends his reputation skyward

Jon Brewer is taking full advantage of his recent success at the Screen Nation Awards. His BBC Co-Production 'Nat King Cole: Afraid of the Dark' wiped the floor with the competition and took the award for best factual film. On the back of his success he is embarking on one of his grandest projects to date. He'll be unfurling the story of two of the most influential individuals in music; one almost unknown the other an unarguable rock God.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT - BESIDE BOWIE

What makes a great documentary is the telling of a story that is largely unknown. In BESDIE BOWIE, Producer/Director Jon Brewer shines a light on the man behind rock icon David Bowie, who’s musical as well as lyrical prowess seduced not only millions of fans, but Bowie himself.

This story has it all: a man from humble beginnings becomes known to a rising star , a creative bond is forged, and driven to heights unimaginable. While the one becoming a household name , and the other, who quietly plays on in the background virtually unknown, even until his last performance not a bow was taken.  This man was Mick Ronson (1946 – 1993).

With unprecedented access to priceless archive performance footage and memorabilia, contributed to Brewer’s production by the widow of Mick Ronson, along with behind-the-scenes  and backstage footage, including David Bowie’s views on Mick and their story.

WHY THIS IS A SOLID INVESTMENT

The answer to this is simple, demand and supply. The marketplace demands product for all forms of media ( TV, Internet, DVD , Ships and Airlines), made by established Directors associated with credible sales agencies who never fail to deliver. This is Jon Brewer and Cardinal Releasing.

This documentary has already been pitched to powers that be in the industry and expectations are high, interest is piqued.  Because they are keenly aware of Jon Brewer and the calibre of product he and his team produce, a fast track is enjoyed once the film is complete , more a matter of formalities in the final viewing. This ensures good turn around in returns which is why we prefer to work with the smaller, television based programming that recoups an delivers returns quicker due to smaller budgets and efficient placement not only in the U.K. , but worldwide.

This investment is by invitation only to a limited amount of allocations made available to investors. An expected return of 39% + ( in line with Television Business International pricing forecasts) can safely be expected from the licensing of all media rights associated with this picture. With additional 50% SEIS and 30% EIS benefits for UK tax payers.

Returns should be secured in a 24 months turnaround allowing contingency for contracts with broadcasters with final payments that hinge upon future transmission dates.

The SEIS and EIS are on a first come first served basis, please drop me a quick email if you want to know more about this epic project or click the button below.

This one is going to be epic!
