A change in our IT support will mean that people with older internet
browsers will soon be unable to connect
to our online services. This change is in line with many other commercial and
financial organisations However it should
not affect you if you use a current browser to connect to our services.
Browsers using SSLv3 protocol are affected, so unless your
browser (or other software) supports 'Transport Layer Security' (TLS) 1.0 or above,
you will no longer be able to connect to our services after 30 September 2015.
Users of third party software that do not use a browser to
connect to our online services, should contact their vendor if they are unsure
if their product does not support TLS.
