Today's Forecast

It will be a largely dry afternoon with some sunny intervals, then through the early evening the cloud will thicken with some occasional patchy drizzle. A band of light or moderate rain is then expected to affect the area between 2100 and 2300, with clear intervals and showers following this. It should become dry for a time from 0400 with lengthy clear spells, but RSTs are expected to remain above freezing. Further light or moderate showers are then expected from 0800 on Friday morning, with sunny spells in between, but there will be strong wind gusts.


Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday)
Friday Friday afternoon will be sunny and breezy and it will feel much cooler than previous days. The odd light shower is likely. It will be dry overnight with clear spells for a time and quite cold, though RSTs are expected to stay above freezing. Outbreaks of rain and strong winds will then spread from the west during Saturday morning. 


Saturday afternoon will be windy with outbreaks of rain at times. It will stay windy overnight and through the morning with further outbreaks of rain. RSTs will stay well above freezing. 




Sunday afternoon will see the arrival of some light showers, which will continue on and off into the evening. It will become dry in the early hours of Monday morning. Monday is expected to stay largely dry, but still windy. Some more showers are expected on Tuesday morning. RSTs are expected to stay well above freezing in this period.
