Today's Forecast

A mainly dry and bright start to the afternoon, although a few isolated showers are possible. It will turn increasingly cloudy overnight with outbreaks of rain at times and winds gradually strengthening. The strongest winds are expected through the early morning, before starting to ease after dawn tomorrow. A more organised band of rain will move east across the area during the latter part of the night and through the morning, clearing by tomorrow afternoon. RSTs remaining above freezing. 


Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday)
Thursday A few showers possible through Thursday continuing into the evening. Showers should ease with clear spells, although RSTs should remain just above freezing. Breezy at first with winds easing overnight. A dry, bright and chilly start to Friday (Christmas Day). 


A mostly dry start to the afternoon with increasing cloud amounts. Cloud and persistent rain will arrive later in the day, with occasional outbreaks of rain likely to continue overnight and into Saturday (Boxing Day) morning. Strong winds developing on Saturday morning.




Cloudy and windy with outbreaks of rain on Saturday afternoon. Rain continuing overnight, with winds easing, although still breezy. Drier on Sunday, although still mostly cloudy with some patchy rain around, then further rain likely overnight into Monday.
