Today's Forecast

It will be a dull start to the afternoon with persistent rain, this clearing by 1400 with some late afternoon sunshine developing. Overnight it will remain dry with clear spells allowing RST's to dip just below freezing with the risk of hoar frost developing. Through the morning it will remain dry but it will become rather dull with low cloud and mist developing. Minimum RSTs minus 0.5.

Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday)

Dry during the afternoon with light winds and sunny spells. Cloud will thicken by the evening, winds will strengthen and outbreaks of rain will spread in from the west. It will then stay cloudy and breezy overnight and through Sunday morning with further outbreaks of rain at times.

Breezy, rather cloudy and mild with outbreaks of mainly light rain throughout the period.

Cloudy and windy on Monday with further outbreaks of rain at times through the day and overnight. RSTs could drop close to freezing by Tuesday morning but should stay just above. Tuesday will then become mainly dry with some sunny spells during the day. Clear spells into the evening will allow temperatures to fall close freezing, before cloud and rain arrives from the west later in the night.
