Today's Forecast

Cloudy with outbreaks of rain at times through the afternoon. The rain will continue into the evening and overnight, and could become persistent in places. There is a risk that the rain could turn to sleet for a time overnight (Sleet is possible towards the end of the night and into Saturday morning, but no accumulations are expected). Saturday morning will then be cloudy with rain or sleet continuing.

Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday)

Sunshine and showers, with the risk of hail at times. Overnight skies should clear with a cold night to follow, allowing temperatures to fall. After a bright start on Sunday, cloud will build throughout the morning.

Generally dry and rather cloudy. Overnight there may be some breaks in the cloud at times, though cloud cover is likely to persist into Monday morning.

Monday: Light winds and the risk of some drizzle, with sunny spells at times.

Tuesday: Becoming drier, with more in the way of brightness.
