Robin Hood Energy is the UK's first Local Authority-owned gas and electricity supply company, having launched nationally in September 2015.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contracts Performance Analyst to support the Contracts Manager by monitoring and reporting on the performance of the third party service providers against a range of pre-agreed performance indicators, and assisting in managing the relationship with these partners to deliver best-value to the business.

Furthermore, the post holder will support the new business/tendering and account management functions of the business by preparing performance reports to be presented to clients.


1. Aptitude for organising and analysing data, identifying areas of non-performance by partners.

2. A confident personality with a professional approach, able to present information to internal and external stakeholders.

3. Relevant experience, ideally with an energy supplier or in a contract management role.

4. Enthusiasm for the role, and a desire to work in the energy supply sector.

Case management and oversight planning.  Coordination and delivery of work with children, young people & their families with a range of complex needs.  Promote multi-agency working to Safeguarding Children support workers and families to build Resilience in Children, Families & Communities.

To have a good understanding of thresholds for cases to move into Social Care or reduce the risk for cases to move to universal services using the Signs of Safety approach.

The Traffic and Safety service area delivers a range of network management solutions to support safe and efficient movement on the highway network for all users. This post provided expertise and management of the increasing levels of IT highways infrastructure and co-ordination across the Service area and the Council, including the use of CCTV for traffic enforcement including bus lane enforcement.

Essential Requirements

- To manage and support the use of Highway Systems within the Service Area reporting to the Service Manager. To lead in developing and implementing policies and strategies.

- To demonstrate strong people management skills and accountability for recruitment, development, attendance management and performance management of colleagues.

- To provide specialist expertise and knowledge on CCTV traffic enforcement for training and professional supervision of colleagues in the Service Area.

-To give technical and professional advice to the Authority and Partners where appropriate.
