Memorandum of Understanding – Draft Consultation
One year ago, the Nottingham City Health and Wellbeing Board directed health and housing partners in Nottingham to draft a local Memorandum of Understanding.
A Memorandum of Understanding has two main parts:
- The first is a pledge from people in health, housing, social care, support and advice sectors that we will work together to achieve agreed outcomes in set priority areas
- The second is an action plan which brings together all planned or proposed activity that will help to achieve the outcomes
The Nottingham Memorandum of Understanding for improving health through the home has now been drafted and is available here: Memorandum of Understanding Consultation Draft
We are very keen to find out what you think of the draft and hear any suggestions you have to add to it or change it. This is very important as we want to make sure the activity we are suggesting is effective in meeting local need and partners can clearly see their role in delivering it.
