BBC request - young people in care

File on 4 (BBC Radio 4) is looking at transitions from care, ahead of a forthcoming National Audit Office report. They'd like to speak to solicitors with recent cases where local authorities failed in their duties to care leavers. They are particularly looking for cases where young people left care too early, or were left in vulnerable circumstances eg housed in a B&B, became pregnant, or were at risk of exploitation.

Recording starts next week - contacts at the BBC are Ruth Evans (07508 034378) and Fran Abrams (07939 262001).
