Practice note issued on protecting your firm if you fall victim to a scam

The Law Society has published a practice note aimed at helping law firms recover if they have fallen victim to a client account scam. The advice aims to help firms overcome the problems that arise and which, in the worst-case scenario, could lead to bankruptcy of individual partners and the firm's closure.

Government consultation on gender pay information
