BBC London News report on the impact of cuts to legal aid in civil cases

BBC London News interviewed Law Society head of legal aid Richard Miller for its report on the impact of cuts to civil legal aid. The story covers an inquest into the death of a six-year-old girl in a council playground. The child's mother has been refused legal aid, while the council will have its representation paid for by the taxpayer.
