BBC London News report on the impact of cuts to legal aid in civil cases
Lord Justice Briggs' interim report on reforming the structure of the civil courts included proposals for an online court, which would have a profound impact on the way litigation is conducted in this country. Other issues he examined included appeal rights and a new role of case officer within the courts. Come to our free event on 9 June, where Lord Justice Briggs will be speaking about the proposals and seeking views from solicitors.
