LAA issues two amendments to crime tender documentation

If you are considering or are in the process of applying for a 2017 criminal legal aid contract, you must read carefully the two amendments issued by the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) on 1 and 4 August. If you have already registered an interest in tendering, you should have received an email alerting you to these amendments via the Bravo system.

Some changes have been made to the tender documentation and the postcode tool as a result of these amendments. The information for applicants (IFA) has also been updated, so applicants should ensure they are using version 3, which can be found on the tender website.

Applicants that have already submitted an ITT response should note that they will need to respond again to the relevant questions in the organisation ITT and the individual bid ITT(s), and resubmit their tender response before the deadline of 12:00 on 15 September.

The amendment notices, IFA and postcode tool can be found on the LAA website.
