SRA consultation on the solicitors' handbook - Deadline for responses: 21 SeptemberDear in-house practitioner,
As you may be are aware, in June the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) published a consultation on its proposals to revise the SRA Handbook and Account Rules, 'Looking to the Future - flexibility and public protection'. View the consultation.
The proposals contained in the consultation will have a significant impact on the solicitors’ profession, its practitioners and the organisations that employ us. The deadline is Wednesday 21 September.
