It’s been 10 weeks since the Brexit vote, and we’re still no clearer on what happens next.
But we are clear on how much is at stake.
People voted in the referendum for all sorts of personal reasons. But however people voted – leave or remain – nobody voted to damage our environment.
Ask your MP Graham Brady to pledge to protect our environment today.
Protections from the EU have been vital in securing a better climate, less pollution and freedom from neonicotinoid pesticides for our bees. We can’t watch years of progress get erased.
While the referendum divided us, now we must come together to make sure that Brexit isn’t used as an excuse to get rid of our most important green protections.
That’s why we’re asking all MPs to take our pledge – committing to strengthen our environmental protections, not scrap them.
Has Graham Brady taken the pledge yet? Ask them to pledge today.
If enough of us stand together we can make the best of whatever comes next and provide a positive vision of the future – not more fear and gloom.
Thanks for standing with us,
