The hot weather is here, and we’re getting ready for summer in Oxfordshire! With less than a month to go till the summer holidays make sure you’re not caught out for things to do.

Frideswide Square
The closure of the Hythe Bride Street/ Park End Street junction by the Royal Oxford Hotel for Phase 1a will be in place until mid-July while the granite kerbs are being extended and the drainage improved in the area

A34 Milton Interchange work
We will be closing the A34 overnight when we set up the traffic management on the A34 for phase 2 of the bridgeworks. This will take place in mid-July. These closures will last 2 to 3 nights. We will also be closing Milton Park Road overnight at the beginning of July to change the traffic management layout.

Surface Dressing
We're continuing to resurface many of Oxfordshire's roads over the summer. Find out how this might affect your journeys here.

Wolvercote and Cutteslowe
Work will begin to improve Cutteslowe and Wolvercote roundabouts, Oxford, later in July 2015.

Dial-a-ride & Subsidised bus consultation

Are you a subsidised bus or Dial-a-Ride user? We’re having to save over £6million on supported transport services, and some of this will need to come from reducing the current £4 million a year the council pays in bus subsidies and to run the Dial-a-Ride service – and we want to hear your views on our proposals.
